The Ladies of Marshall of Court No. 10, Ho, have donated items to the Ho Physically Challenged Rehabilitation Centre.
The items comprised bales of used clothing and variety of assorted soap.
The Immediate Past Noble Lady, Miss Victoria Atsyor, said the donation was in tune with the Noble Order’s objectives of sharing with the poor and needy.
She pledged regular visits to alleviate the sufferings of the inmates.
Mama Agblatsu II, a Queenmother of Ho, spoke on the significance of the Immaculate Conception and urged Catholics to imitate the virtues of Mary, the Mother of Jesus Christ.
Miss Alice Ayebi, a Past Noble Adviser, stressed that Catholics do not worship the Blessed Virgin Mary but honour her for being the Mother of Christ.
Miss Dorothy Ketu, Managress of the Centre, expressed gratitude to Court 10 for its gesture and called for assistance from other organisations.
