Some selected members of the Ghana Catholic Bishops Conference recently paid a courtesy call on Nana Ogyeabuo the Second, Chief of Kadjebi and his elders at his palace as part of activities marking the tenth anniversary of the creation of the Jasikan Diocese.
Nana Ogyeabuo presented each Bishop with a stole as a sign of love from himself and his people.
The Chief thanked the Bishops for selecting Jasikan to host the Plenary Assembly of the National Catholic Bishops Conference to coincide with the celebration of the activities marking the creation of the Diocese.
He said the Conference has enabled the people of Jasikan to familiarize themselves with Ghana’s local Bishops and Most Rev. George Kocherry, Apostolic Nuncio to Ghana.
